2011 TRI Data Are Now Available
The Toxics Release Inventory Program is pleased to announce the new 2011 TRI data are now available. This dataset will help you find which toxic chemicals are being produced and/or used at industrial facilities in your local area.
The 2011 TRI preliminary dataset contains the most current TRI data available and reflects toxic chemical releases and pollution prevention activities that occurred at TRI facilities during the 2011 calendar year.
The data are available in Envirofacts, EPA’s environmental information center, and in downloadable files on the TRI website. To get started using the 2011 data, visit the TRI Preliminary Dataset main page at http://www.epa.gov/tri/
This webpage includes quick links for accessing the data, guidance on understanding and using the data, and a sample Envirofacts data search.
As always, if you have any questions about TRI data or the TRI Program at EPA, you can email EPA at tri.help@epa.gov.
