The Environmental Council of the States (ECOS) is seeking proposals from interested vendors to temporary support ECOS’ TRI Outreach and Education Project.   The purpose of the RFP is to identify a contractor that can be utilized for webinar support under this TRI project.  Please submit proposals via email at bshipley@ecos.org by Dec 20th–11:59:59pm EST.
